Hello CP3 Family,

 

We're excited to welcome much of the region's top talent and beyond to greater Dallas, TX this weekend for the 2022 CP3 National Middle School Combine (CP3NMSC) South event. More than 30 states and three countries will be represented on the court with a staff of over 50 strong. We encourage all campers in the Classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029 to come ready to learn, come ready to work, and come ready to compete! We are honored to have your family join ours for this prestigious weekend.

ENTERING THE BUILDING

Doors at Southwest Athletic Center will open at 8:00AM CST on Saturday 11/19/2022. DON'T BE LATE!!! No persons should enter the building prior to that time. No exceptions. Campers will be allowed to enter the building first, followed by any spectators, which may include guardians, family members, and/or members of the public.

Players should enter the building with ONLY basketball shoes and CP3NMSC uniform (jersey and shorts). All additional items (backpacks, basketballs, etc) should not enter the facility. The camp and facility will not be responsible for lost items. Lost or stolen merchandise (uniforms, backpacks, etc) cannot be replaced. Campers are not permitted to wear jewelry of any kind nor accessory items (tights, undershirts, headbands, etc) that are not Nike/Jordan Brand. Any brand of necessary items (example: shoes/socks) are permitted. 

There will be a $18 admission charge per person, per day (day passes only) on Saturday as well as Sunday. Children under the age of five (5) years old will not be charged. All transactions are by credit or debit card ONLY (admissions and merchandise), however, no additional fees will be added for merchandise purchases. Again, transactions are by card only, we CANNOT accept cashPlease read signs carefully and park at your own discretion to avoid potential parking fines or tows.

 

CAMP ROSTERS, STATION SCHEDULE, AND GAME SCHEDULE UPDATES

Please check your email for official camp rosters as well as finalized station and game schedules. Email staff@cp3nmsc.com if you have not received this information. On Saturday morning at CP3NMSC South, campers will participate in drill and skill sessions before breaking for lunch. Following station work and an independent lunch break, the afternoon and evening sessions on Saturday include THREE (3) games for each camper. Check the schedule either via your email or the large poster boards on the gym walls in order to verify each of the three games for your respective team. Campers are free to leave for the day after completing their third and final game on Saturday 11/19/2022.

 

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER ON SATURDAY 11/19/2022 AT 12:00PM CST

We ask that all campers return from the lunch break no later than 12:00PM CST on Saturday 11/19/2022 for our special guest speaker. Note that afternoon team competition/games will begin directly after the special speaker presentation has concluded.

MERCHANDISE AND MEDIA PACKAGE ORDERS

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2022 (CP3NMSC SOUTH - DAY 1) from 6:30-9:30PM CST:

CAMPER CHECK-IN ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2022 IS MANDATORY!

This event is currently working off of a waitlist in all grade divisions and failure to check-in on Friday, November 18, 2022 without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the respective roster spot.

 

Doors at Southwest Athletic Center will open at 6:30PM CST on Friday 11/18/2022. No persons should enter the building prior to that time. No exceptions. Doors will close at 9:30PM CST. Campers may arrive for check-in at any time during those hours (6:30-9:30PM). There will be two separate registration lines; one line for 8th Graders (Class of 2027) and one line for 6th/7th Graders (Classes of 2028 and 2029). Please make sure you are in the correct check-in line.

 

Parents/players/coaches are encouraged to use check-in as a 'meet & greet' with fellow CP3NMSC campers and families. At check-in on Friday 11/18/2022, players will receive their camp gear (jersey, shorts, and backpack), participate in NBA combine-style testing and measurement sessions, take part in a professional photoshoot in full camp uniform (headshots and action shots), and professional video shoot (spin booth). Certain campers may be asked for availability to take part in various media access and interviews if requested by scouts/evaluators in attendance. Additional limited-edition merchandise will be available for purchase on Friday only.

 

Please allow 1.5-2 hours to complete the check-in process on Friday 11/18/2022. Once again, camper check-in is on FRIDAY ONLY and is MANDATORY. All stations at Friday 11/18/2022 check-in are MANDATORY. There will be lines and we appreciate your patience and understanding in planning to wait in advance.

ADMISSIONS & PARKING FEES

There will not be an admissions charge on Friday. However, there will be a $18 admission charge per person, per day (day passes only) on Saturday as well as Sunday. The facility has stated they reserve the right to charge for parking at their discretion as they are the owners of the premises. CP3 Camps does not profit from any parking charges. Free parking is available adjacent from the facility. Please read signs carefully and park at your own discretion to avoid potential parking fines or tows.

 

WHAT DO I BRING TO CAMP CHECK-IN?

Campers should be prepared to verify their Full Name, Class/Grade, and Date of Birth to check-in on Friday 11/18/2022. All campers must be accompanied by an adult guardian (18 years of age or older) for the duration of the event (Friday through Sunday). Campers found to be without an accompanying guardian may be removed from competition. 

Players should enter the building with ONLY basketball shoes and CP3NMSC uniform (jersey and shorts). All additional items (backpacks, basketballs, etc) should not enter the facility. The camp and facility will not be responsible for lost items. Once players receive the custom CP3 Jordan Brand backpack at check-in on Friday 11/18/2022, it should be enjoyed after the event, and should not re-enter the gym for the remainder of the weekend. Lost or stolen merchandise (uniforms, backpacks, etc) cannot be replaced. Campers are not permitted to wear jewelry of any kind nor accessory items (tights, undershirts, headbands, etc) that are not Nike/Jordan Brand. Additional accessory/clothing items (headbands, undershirts, etc) are NOT ALLOWED on Friday at check-in. These items can be worn on Saturday and Sunday ONLY. Any brand of necessary items (example: shoes/socks) are permitted. 

COMPLETE ROSTERS, STATION SCHEDULES, AND GAME SCHEDULE UPDATES

Upon entering the gym on Friday 11/18/2022 at camper check-in, complete rosters, station schedules, and game schedules will be posted on the facility walls in large, poster board format. We encourage you to snap a picture of the camp rosters, station schedules, and game schedules with your cell phone. These will also be emailed on Saturday morning 11/19/2022 with a final roster update.
