The 2023 CP3 National Middle School Combine is exclusively for student-athletes in grades six through eight (Classes of 2028, 2029, and 2030). Be advised that this is a grade-based, invitation-only event with strict eligibility requirements. Please review the following form carefully as changes cannot be made once the transfer request and transfer fee are submitted.
