All CP3NMSC events are exclusive selection opportunities for Class of 2027 prospects to be invited to attend the 2023 CP3 Rising Stars National Camp (coming August 2023)

• Important Notes·  This is event is considered invitation-only. If you have not received an official invitation please exit this registration portal and submit a nomination form on the respective page found on the website navigation menu.
• Please review the invitation and website carefully. All involved are expected to abide by the rules and procedures in place. This includes campers as well as accompanying parents/guardians.
• Event registrations are non-transferrable between prospective campers *and* events. In other words, we cannot credit registrations/payments to other campers nor other events. Please review your selected event carefully before completing this registration form.
• In order to be eligible to receive a refund/credit for this event CANCELLATION INSURANCE MUST BE PURCHASED at the time of placing the payment (complete balance). • Without cancellation insurance, no refunds can be issued for this event. No exceptions. No merchandise can be exchanged. No exceptions.

• Release of LiabilityI recognize there are inherent risks involved in this sport/activity. In consideration of the services provided, I hereby release and hold harmless Nike, Jordan Brand, Chris Paul, CP3 National Middle School Combine d/b/a CP3 Elite Youth Events, LLC, and its directors, employees, counselors, coaches, facilities, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for injuries, including those resulting in death, and illnesses incurred while attending the camps or occurring as a result of having attended the events/basketball camps. I certify that my child is insured, in good health, and is able to participate in all programs activities. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency requiring medical attention, I shall arrange and pay for the services rendered.
