2026 REGISTRATION PROTECTION PLAN
Please carefully review the following all terms and conditions related to the Registration Protection Plan, including cancellation, deposit, refund, and registration transfer policies before completing the camper sign-up for a 2026 CP3 National Middle School Combine event.
📋 OVERVIEW
To provide families with added flexibility in the event unexpected circumstances prevent a camper from attending, CP3 Camps offers two optional Registration Protection Plans for the 2026 CP3 National Middle School Combine (CP3NMSC).
Registration Protection is optional but strongly recommended. These plans provide eligible refund protection for the applicable registration payment when a registered camper becomes unable to attend the event.
If Registration Protection is not purchased, all applicable registration payments are considered final and non-refundable, except for the separate CP3NMSC Registration Transfer option specifically outlined below.
🛡️ REGISTRATION PROTECTION OPTIONS
Option 1: Full Registration Protection — $39.99
Available when paying the $399.99 registration fee in full.

Protects up to $399.99 of the camper's registration payment.

Refund eligibility is determined by the claim deadlines and terms outlined below.

Must be purchased at the same time the full registration payment is completed.
Option 2: Remaining Balance Protection — $29.99
Available when completing the $300.00 remaining balance after previously paying the $99.99 registration deposit.

Protects up to $300.00 of the camper's remaining-balance payment.

The original $99.99 deposit is not protected and remains non-refundable.

Must be purchased at the same time the remaining-balance payment is completed.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Registration Protection cannot be added retroactively after the applicable payment has been completed. Registration Protection fees themselves are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable.
💳 DEPOSIT OPTION
Families may choose to temporarily secure a camper's roster position by paying a $99.99 registration deposit.

The $99.99 deposit temporarily secures the camper's roster position.

The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining $300.00 balance must be paid no later than two (2) weeks before the respective event's start date.

Failure to complete the remaining balance by the applicable deadline may result in forfeiture of both the camper's roster position and the $99.99 deposit.

Remaining Balance Protection may be purchased when the $300.00 balance is completed.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The $99.99 deposit itself is not covered by either Registration Protection Plan. Registration transfers, when applicable, are governed separately by the CP3NMSC Registration Transfer terms outlined below.
☂️ REGISTRATION PROTECTION COVERAGE
Registration Protection provides eligible refund protection when circumstances prevent the registered camper from attending the applicable CP3NMSC event.
Paid in Full: If Full Registration Protection was purchased, up to $399.99 of the registration payment may be eligible for refund according to the applicable claim deadline.
Deposit + Remaining Balance: If the deposit option was selected,

If Remaining Balance Protection was purchased, up to $300.00 of the remaining-balance payment may be eligible for refund.
Registration Protection applies only to the applicable camper registration payment.
It does not cover:

Merchandise purchases

Media products
-
Admissions purchases

Travel expenses
-
Hotel accommodations
-
Payment-processing fees
-
Other optional purchases or expenses
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Third-party payment processing and transaction fees are not refundable.
‼️ WITHOUT REGISTRATION PROTECTION
If Registration Protection is not purchased with the applicable registration payment, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
No refunds or future-event credits will be issued for an unprotected registration because of:

Injury or illness

Travel complications
-
Flight cancellations or delays
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Team or tournament obligations
-
School-related conflicts
-
Family circumstances
-
Weather affecting a family's travel
-
Changes in personal plans
-
Any other inability to attend
No exemptions. No exceptions.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The separate CP3NMSC Registration Transfer option described below may remain available to eligible registrations and is not dependent upon the purchase of Registration Protection.
📝 MAKING A REGISTRATION PROTECTION CLAIM
If Registration Protection was purchased and the camper becomes unable to attend, the parent/guardian must submit a claim by email.

Supporting documentation may be requested when necessary to review or process a claim.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Submission of a Registration Protection claim immediately removes the camper from the active event roster. Once the camper is removed, the roster position may be offered to another participant and cannot be guaranteed if circumstances later change.
💰 REFUND AMOUNTS & CLAIM DEADLINES
🟢 CLAIM SUBMITTED 10 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
The protected registration amount is eligible for a 100% refund:

Full Registration Protection: up to $399.99

Remaining Balance Protection: up to $300.00
🟡 CLAIM SUBMITTED FEWER THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
The protected registration amount is eligible for a 50% refund:

Full Registration Protection: $200.00

Remaining Balance Protection: $150.00
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The $99.99 registration deposit, Registration Protection fee, applicable payment-processing fees, and other excluded purchases are not refundable. Refunds apply only to the amount protected under the applicable Registration Protection Plan.
⏱️ CLAIM & REFUND PROCESSING

All Registration Protection claims are processed within ten (10) days following the conclusion of the applicable CP3NMSC event. No Registration Protection refunds are issued prior to the event.

After CP3 Camps processes the refund, additional processing time of 5-10 business days may be required by the payment processor and/or the family's financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
-
No substitutions, alternative event credits, replacement registrations, or other compensation will be provided for a redeemed registration.

Once a Registration Protection claim has been processed, the applicable Registration Protection Plan is considered redeemed. A processed claim is final.

If a CP3NMSC event is rescheduled, relocated, postponed, or otherwise modified because of...

Venue issues

Governmental action

Facility closures

Circumstances beyond CP3 Camps' reasonable control

... the applicable camper registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled or relocated event.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: An event modification does not, by itself, constitute a camper cancellation or automatically entitle the registrant to a refund. Any refund request remains subject to the Registration Protection Plan purchased and the applicable terms outlined on this page.
📜 CODE OF CONDUCT
Campers removed from an event because of disciplinary, behavioral, safety, eligibility, or rules violations are not eligible for refunds, credits, Registration Transfers, or Registration Protection claims.
CP3 Camps reserves the right to remove a camper when necessary to protect the safety, integrity, or operation of the event.
🔄 CP3NMSC REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Separate from Registration Protection, CP3 Camps provides a one-time courtesy Registration Transfer option for eligible CP3NMSC registrations.
Registration Transfers are intended to provide families with limited flexibility to move an existing registration from one CP3NMSC regional event to another during the same CP3NMSC season.
💳 TRANSFER FEE
$75.00 per camper, per registration transfer
The applicable transfer fee must be paid before the Registration Transfer will be processed.
1️⃣ ONE TRANSFER PER REGISTRATION
Each camper registration is eligible for a maximum of one (1) Registration Transfer.
Once a registration has been transferred:

No additional transfer requests will be honored.

The transfer cannot be reversed.

The camper may not transfer the registration again to another CP3NMSC event.
👤 SAME CAMPER ONLY
The registration may only be transferred for the originally registered camper.
Registrations may not be transferred or reassigned to:

Another camper
-
A sibling
-
A teammate
-
A family member
-
Any other participant
🗓️ SAME CP3NMSC SEASON ONLY
Registration Transfers must be completed and utilized during the same CP3NMSC season/calendar year.
For example: A registration for one 2026 CP3NMSC regional event may be transferred to another eligible 2026 CP3NMSC regional event, subject to availability and approval. A 2026 registration cannot be transferred to a 2027 or future CP3NMSC event.

Registration Transfers are subject to:

Grade/class eligibility

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Payment of the Registration Transfer fee does not override event eligibility requirements or roster-capacity restrictions. CP3 Camps reserves the right to deny a requested transfer when the requested event is full, the camper is not eligible, applicable deadlines have passed, or other operational circumstances prevent the transfer.
🔒 FINALITY

Once a Registration Transfer has been approved and processed, the transfer is final and cannot be reversed.

A Registration Transfer does not convert an otherwise non-refundable registration into a refundable registration and does not create future refund, credit, or Registration Protection eligibility.

Registration Transfers and Registration Protection are separate options.
