CP3 NATIONAL MIDDLE SCHOOL COMBINE
2026 CAMPER SIGN-UP / REGISTRATION FORMS
The 2026 CP3 National Middle School Combine is exclusively for student-athletes in grades six through eight (Classes of 2031, 2032, and 2033). Please be advised that this is a grade-based, invitation-only event with strict eligibility requirements.
An invitation does not guarantee a roster spot. The registration form and enrollment fee/payment below must be completed to confirm your attendance for the respective CP3NMSC event. Each CP3NMSC provides current eighth-graders an exclusive opportunity to qualify for the CP3 Rising Stars National Camp by participating in a respective regional event.

All camper sign-ups remain subject to CP3NMSC eligibility requirements, roster availability, and final approval.
