The 2026 CP3 National Middle School Combine (CP3NMSC) is an invitation-only, grade-based event exclusively for student-athletes in grades 6–8 (Classes of 2031, 2032 and 2033). All participants must meet the event's established eligibility requirements. Each CP3NMSC regional event provides participating student-athletes with individual evaluation, competitive exposure and the opportunity to compete alongside other highly regarded players from across the region and beyond.

​For current eighth-graders (Class of 2031), the CP3NMSC also serves as an exclusive pathway to the nationally-recognized CP3 Rising Stars camp, with select participants earning the opportunity to qualify through their performance at the regional combine.​ Sixth- and seventh-grade participants (Classes of 2033 and 2032) receive the same comprehensive evaluation and exposure experience, establishing a consistent CP3 Camps platform throughout the middle school years.
