The 2025 CP3 National Middle School Combine is exclusively for student-athletes in grades six through eight (Classes of 2030, 2031, and 2032). Be advised that this is a grade-based, invitation-only event with strict eligibility requirements. Please review the following form carefully as changes cannot be made once the transfer request and transfer fee are submitted.
